Staff service was great, we were able to get a bigger room to accommodate our family of four people, however could definitely accommodate 6. The room was a Junior suite; it had two queen beds and a sofa bed. The location is also great, within walking distance of restaurant and shopping stores. Definitely worth it!

One of the best hotel stays of my traveler career

This hotel is likely the best one in town. It is very clean and safe, and so is the area around the hotel. It has beautiful architecture and decorations, rooms are remarkably comfortable and quiet. Ideal for working remotely, too. Restaurant on site has good basic food, and there are good restaurants in the area. Pool is great - large enough for swimming laps and beautiful, too. But the best part is how friendly the staff is! Owner is on site, too, most of the time. If I am ever in Matamoros again, will only stay here!
