"The floors were unswept. The additional pillows in the cupboard were also so dusty that it caused an allergic reaction. Our rooms were located towards the end of the corridor, where there was dingy/broken furniture and a few male employees always hanging out there which was very uncomfortable everytime we opened the door"

The Deccan food festival at the restaurant was a great addition. All staff were nice- I would like to specially mention duty manager Rahul and Rupsha in hospitality for going out of their way to make our stay special. "
