"Totally overpriced for what we got. Ridiculous $45 for parking. So many signs in the underground that we actually got lost. Didn’t do the $32 breakfast Towel bar and toilet paper roll were both falling off wall in the room Couldn’t turn on or off the heat/air. Controls didn’t work. Scratchy towels One cream for coffee in room. Never again for that price."

"Arranged for a higher floor room with a better view — the room itself was nice and service was good. That said, it wasn’t particularly quiet. There was a wedding during our stay, which led to noticeable noise in the hallways late at night. Despite being marketed as well-insulated, we could also hear highway traffic and motorcycles pretty clearly. Staff were somewhat accommodating, but overall I left a bit disappointed on that front. On the positive side, the restaurants and room service were excellent. Overall I’d still recommend it — just be aware that noise could be an issue depending on what’s happening at the hotel during your stay."

The staff could not do enough , they check see if you need or want anything excellent and gets it immediately vey friendly and respectful The hotel was very busy but the staff looked after the guest ver well This is my 4 time staying and always had an excellent stay ! "The person assigned in the breakfast kitchen ( Jamaican man) is very rude. Instead of helping my friend with the burning bread he questioned her as if she’s very stupid! That is very humiliating for us customers. I hope this won’t happen again. "

"Room was tired. Got a large room which was fine. Bathroom had chipped paint all over ceiling. Staff are great! Location is great. "
