"We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was amazing and the place was so clean and easy to access. Even the access to extra essentials if needed was a great plus. The space was just what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer and small kitchen area, as well as not needing a key card but just using a code to get in/out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"vraiment belle suite!! la vue et l'emplacememt est vraiment parfait"

"Amazing Staff and Hotel and Room! the only down fall is no onsite parking, neighbourhood around the green p is a little sketchy. But great stay otherwise"

"I believe honest reviews are important because sharing our experiences helps others make informed decisions. Having stayed at many Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world, I can confidently say the Toronto team is among the best. The entire staff, including housekeeping and room service, was excellent. Special recognition to Hafidha, Kevin, Kate, and Irfan for their dedication and genuine care. A special thank you to Hafidha and Kevin, who truly stood out. They don’t just do their jobs; they...

"Very enjoyable!"

"Really enjoyed a two night stay here. Staff really friendly. Quiet but not a ghost town as members would gone and go to various events. I much prefer a boutique hotel compared to the larger hotels around filled with people. Will book again if need to stay in that area of Toronto. Parking is on Simcoe St behind the building, there is a back door where you can access the building instead of walking to the front."

"Both sinks in both of my bathrooms were clogged. I had them fix it but still wasn’t fixed. It was so gross brushing my teeth in a clogged sink."
