"We loved the eclectic decor and the garden. We had a bedroom with an attached lounge. Unfortunately due to water damage we could not use the lounge. This did impact our stay with reduced space. The owners were apologetic but their misfortune affected our stay with the use of space. The breakfast and location were great. Overall our stay was impacted with the odour of the flooded room drifting into our sleeping space. Despite apologies from the owners no further compensation or consideration was...

"This was a hidden gem. Our 3-night stay at the Utopian in Porto was wonderful. The property is affordable, chic, and gives one a truly bespoke experience. Though there is no front desk staff, they are very communicative via e-mail and were available to answer questions. The room was quite spacious and clean and the 5-star bed was perfect after a long days worth of walking and clocking in 20k steps each day. I really loved the big windows as it let in sunshine and natural light and fresh...

"Air conditioning worked great. My dads shower only cold water the whole time. My shower was backing up grim coming up. Cleaning staff never refilled our water teas or coffee whole time we were there pretty much staying a week, did not do good job of cleaning, and would kick you out of your room to clean on their timeline. Left higher tips to see if that got better service on cleaning and it did not. The check in process was too clunky for my senior citizen dad to do so I had to do everything....

O suporte funciona bem!!!
