"Montauk Manor is a beautiful property and very well maintained. The views are spectacular. Monty's restaurant had delicious breakfasts and dinners. The pool was very nice. The accommodations were very clean. The outdoor patio was an added bonus. The staff were very pleasant and helpful."

"We were very disappointed to learn that the resort kitchen was not operating and that food was prepared in a food truck in the parking lot. There were no options for breakfast or lunch and the limited and costly dinner option. We should have been advised prior to our and the meal cost should have been adjusted accordingly. "

"Our stay at Pleasant View Inn was excellent. The ocean view from our balcony was fantastic! The room was large and comfortable. We had a concern about the hit water in the shower, and a staff came and addressed it in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant inthe hotel was lovely, and the food and drinks were delicious. The only negative is that there is no elevator, so luggage needs to be carried up and down stairs. This also poses an issue for anyone with mobility needs (wheelchair or walker)....

"Super cute room with brand new features including a little kitchenette and nice shower details. Walkable to the ferry and great restaurants. Pool and separate sandy lounging area overlooking the bay was the low key vibe we were searching for to be away from the bustle of dowtown area. Rich & Ben took care of us and we plan on returning. "Staff was friendly and customer service oriented. The room I booked I was not given because cable was not available in that room. I was given another room with an ocean view from my front window. It was a side window view. She said that was considered an upgrade. I don’t believe so, but whatever."

"This place was quiet and beautiful. It was a super short walk to the beach. Staff was friendly but a tad unorganized when I got to the desk. Still really kind though. All in all I loved my stay and will be revisiting in the future."

"The room was so clean, and even the housekeeping was amazing! The staff were friendly. They have plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. A beach towel was available too. We enjoyed the pool so much. It was so cozy to stay there. A hairdryer, and air conditioner worked pretty well. We were able to hear the next rooms, but they were quiet at night, so it wasn’t a problem. I would love to go back someday."

"Had a wonderful stay. One bedroom condo was clean and comfortable.At first arrival there was a slight musty smell, but your at the beach so that should be expected. Turned a/c on and it went away. Tiny kitchen but had all necessary items, dishes, pots & pans and utensils Only downside was the staircase to bedroom, & bathroom. A bit steep and narrow. The best part is the Beach Program. Received a text the night before to set up chairs and umbrellas at the beach for you the next day "
