"Staff were amazing, genuinely friendly and caring. Rooms really clean. Great room service and location of the hotel. Fabulous views and amazing club lounge. The breakfasts were really good, had a bit of everything to start your day and plenty of it. The pool was lovely."

"I have simply loved my stay at the Grand Park City Hall hotel. The room was so spacious, bed comfortable and clean, bathroom a pleasure. 2 sinks, strong shower with steam room facility. Air conditioning worked really well (very grateful since Singapore heat is frightening) and although I did not use the facilities there is free access to the gym, pool and rooftop bar. Location was great for getting around, especially to Clarke Quay Central which is a 10 min walk away. Loved it!"

"Staff went above and beyond to get a room ready for me when I arrived early, despite not having booked with early check-in! Beautiful lobby and dining area, and well decorated rooms. Connecting passage to Marina Square mall could be more accessible and inviting, looks like I'm walking through a narrow place I shouldn't be, like a staff/employee only area."

"Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable but very small. Unfortunately other hotel residents were extremely inconsiderate and noisy which ruined it a bit for others. The menu at the restaurant was also a bit pretentious and seemed very limited in its offering. The bar is in reception and right by the front door so you dont really feel like you're in a bar which was a shame. Otherwise we had a pleasant enough stay."
