The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. "The staff was great ! The room was clean and a great location … this worked well for my partner and I because we could cook and metro center is a 2 minute walk . The neighborhood is safe and quiet and 10-15 minutes away from everything we needed . It could use remolding but for the location and price it’s perfect I would recommend! "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always willing to help with anything I needed. The food was delicious, although breakfast options were somewhat limited. However, there are plenty of great places nearby where you can enjoy a tasty meal. The hotel was spotless and felt very safe.
