"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

A wonderful surprise was that they sent a car to pick us up at the port and to drop us off for free. "Hotel.com listing has coffee in common area---- they charged $1.20 for instant. Listing has pool----half full hot tub sized. Listing has full service spa ----none. Listing has wifi---- works 10% of the time. Listing has stovetop and utensils ---- none. This was a room not a condo. They cleaned the room once in 6 days. Listing says 5 minute walk to the pier------- it is very steep hill---- only a serious athlete could do it in 5 minutes."

"L'hébergement n'était plus à l'adresse indiquée mais 50 m plus loin. L'accès est plutôt compliqué car de la route principale,la pente est très très raide. Quand on demande, on trouve assez bien le lieu. La femme qui gère est super et arrangeante. Il faut prendre des moyens de locomotion pour bouger mais comme partout. Notre chambre était impeccable. "
