"Everything about this hotel was excellent"

"I had a late check-in. Parking felt safe, staff was very nice & courteous! Room was clean & bathroom was amazing!"

"We stayed here for two nights, staff was understanding about us checking in late due to festival traffic. Area seemed quiet and not too questionable. Check in was fast, as was check out. Our room was spotless, as well as the pool. The sliding glass door in lieu of an actual door on the bathroom was weird and uncomfortable, and it was disappointing that we didn't have a microwave. Didn't need to use the WiFi, but it seems odd that they charge for it?? We did not eat there so no comments on that, there's quite a few restaurants nearby that we made use of. The TV had a good selection of channels. Bed wasn't super comfortable but was fine, I also wish the fan had an "on" setting instead of just auto or off, for white noise, but that's just me nitpicking. I've never been disappointed by a Marriott and honestly this is one of the better hotels we've stayed at in recent years, and will 100% stay here again next time we're in the area."

"Very confused about the breakfast. Was it complimentary or not? Couldn’t get an answer from the front desk. We were charged a $50 incidental rate and were told $10 per breakfast would come from that. So if we don’t eat breast we’ll get a refund? Yes. But no one could really explain."

"We haven't been here in 7yrs so to see the renovations that were going on back then was great! The bag that contained the extra bedding for the pullout couch bed did not have a sheet or a pillowcase. It was almost 10pm so I went to the front desk to ask for them & was told "Our cart is not ready for another hour or so but come back then & we can get that for you" I was not making my 10yo son stay up any later so we made due with what was in the room. Next time just go & grab what's necessary (& should already be in the room) to make your guests comfortable"

"This facility should be investigated by the City of Dublin. Felt unsafe, people were up all night in the stairwell and could hear everything above us. Sounded like the room above was dropping weights on the floor….all night. Side door propped open by a rock, which I removed and it reappeared by morning. Very sketchy people smoking all night outside. Human trafficking warning literature all over the room. Completely surprised that this hotel is allowed to operate like this in Dublin. Door had weak locks. Could see the light from the hallway. Under renovations/ repairs but no notice from hotel or Expedia. Got stuck in elevator for a good 5 minutes. Never again. Do not stay here. "

"The air conditioning will definitely keep you cool. Shower curtain rail could use a replacement. Kept sliding in the middle allowing water to splash out. Nothing a towel or two wouldn't dry up."

"Make sure you double check your rooms to make sure they don’t overbook. Strips there for 3 hours arguing over booking I had all 3 conformations and still had to argue over the rooms as 8 of my family members waited in the nasty lobby! NEVER AGAIN !! Their excuse was they overbooked !! Not my problem stop being GREEDY!! So upsetting"
