"Auf der Durchreise nach Rumänien habe ich als B&B Stammgast dieses Hotel gewählt. Das Haus ist in einem Einkaufszentrum integriert. Die Zimmer sind B&B typisch eingerichtet, wer in einem dieser Häuser schon übernachtet hat, kennt die Ausstattung. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, mit ein paar brocken Polnisch und Englisch kommt man gut zurecht. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sauber und ohne Mängel. "The hotel was well located and very walkable - close to the train/bus station and the tourist attractions. Rooms were large, lovely and quiet. Our king bed was comfortable. The room temperature control was very good. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Nice food selection with made to order eggs and nice variety of hot/cold items. My only (very minor) complaint is that the lighting could be brighter in the bathroom - bit dark for putting on makeup."

"War alles sehr gut, Büffet zum Frühstück und abends sehr reichhaltig und lecker, allerdings etwas wenig zusammen passende Speisen abends. Wie gesagt, lecker war's auf jeden Fall! Der Wellness/Spa Bereich wirkt etwas mehr nach Hallenbad aber die Leute dort waren sehr hilfsbereit und ich hatte kurzen aber erholsamen Spaß. Insgesamt hat das Hotel auf Anhieb einen deutlich gediegeneren Eindruck gemacht, als es dann mit lebhaftem Jugendherbergscharme umgesetzt hat. Ich hab mich trotzdem gut...

"This is a stunning property in an exceptionally convenient location, situated just a short distance from both the train and bus stations. The room was immaculately clean, and the pool and spa facilities were a fantastic highlight. To top it off, the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the stay."

"Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!"

"The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep.
