My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother. I will say that the interaction after that went well. Also, upon check in late in the evening, An employee was sitting at a large table in the lobby. The table was covered with hotel laundry (assuming it was clean). The employee was sitting and folding the laundry. Again, just not a great look for the hotel. Not professional. I had no interaction with this employee, just observation. Otherwise, a great stay!

The staff was exceptional! They were all very nice and helpful. It didn't have a pool but we knew that when we booked it. The breakfast was alright. It's a little thing but the "do not disturb" signs would not stay on the door handle. They fell off every time you left or entered the room. Be aware that the rooms don't have a microwave, unless you ask for one. All in all it was a very nice stay. The rooms and grounds were very well kept too. We'd be back for the staff alone! Great stay.
