I had a very poor experience with this property. I reserved a two bedroom suite for three people well in advance, but was told when I arrived that the suite was no longer available. It was only after an extensive discussion with staff that I was able to secure a one bedroom apartment which was much smaller and not suitable for three people. I had to find other accommodations last minute at my own expense. Phone calls and messages asking for a refund have gone unanswered.

It was an excellent property. Be aware of the street noise when staying in old Montreal but otherwise great location

Proximity to Metro was important to us. Lots of restaurants and shops as well. The staff was always helpful and friendly!
