The other guests were rather unruly, with little staff intervention. Elliptical was out of order and literally the handle was lying on the floor surrounded by hardware and exposed wires. The pool water was somehow "thick" and the chlorine was over powering. Time to change the water. the pool was shut down for 4 hours upon check in for undisclosed reasons, which was unsettling

The room was dark even with the lights on. You have to use both remotes to watch TV. One for volume the other for the channel.

The first and second room we were assigned had a strong cigarette smell. The third room was better. The floor however was very dirty (carpet and tile) to the extent that feet that were just cleaned in the shower and then walked across the floor and back to the shower created dirty footprints in the tub.

The worst hotel experience. Did not have our reservation when we arrived. Front desk was clueless how to fix. Had to call Expedia to resend confirmation. Got a room that we think had not been occupied for a while. Cable did not work. Remote did not work. Coffee pot did not work. I figured out the cable and returned remote and coffee pot. Remote still did not work. Coffee pot replacement did not work. We would have left but prepaid and not have time to find a new hotel. We only had the room cleaned one day, our choice. Only one of the beds were made when we returned. When we checked out, they were saying that we had a balance for the days we stayed even though we prepaid. We got the bill figured out, but will never go back to Comfort Inn

Friendly staff, hotel neds work.
The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. The hotel, however, is not in great shape. The pool was down for maintenance. The toilet was unstable. There was peeling paint and rusty fixtures. However, it was very pet friendly and conveniently located

We were greeted and told they did not have key cards so was escorted to our room and let in. Was told we had to go to front desk if we left room and had to get back in. Very odd!! At midnight we were woken by laughing and talking of some young adults, 2 of which were in the room next to us that continued all night long til 7am. They were talking normally but walls were so thin we could hear everything. Room was clean however felt dirty due to paint chipping off walls and screw protruding from shower wall. Went down for a quick breakfast at 7 before getting back on the road to find coffee carafe empty and slim picking of food left. Would not go back
