"Starting the morning of arrival, Carla communicated all of the check-in details via email and text (super helpful) and was on-hand for any queries which was great when it came to parking. There is a Spar directly opposite and a Co-op at the bottom of the road in case you needed anything. Accommodation itself and facilities were exactly as described- very clean, spacious and relaxing, with a super comfortable bed. Extremely central location perfect for access to the train station, 8 minute drive to the Eden Project and about 5 minutes to the beach. Great set-up and would highly recommend!"

"It states that breakfast is "free / included" in the price, this wasn't the case. The price per person for breakfast was £14 pp. Staff were brilliant & honoured our booking, so fair play to them. Everything else was fantastic 🙌"

"Beautiful old world building with lovely rooms, bar the bathroom being upstairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good especially the breakfast. Very disappointed that they had a special curry and pint offer where you couldn't have and alternative drink and when we ordered the curry anyway we were charged £20 without the beer wheras it was £15 with the beer!"
