"A canny location for getting out and about and reasonably priced. However the spa facilities it turned aren't included in the price and are in sessions, £20 for 3 hours, which I guess is quite reasonable, however not if you just wanted to have an hour for a quick relax in the hot tub or a swim before going out to tea etc, which was the reason for my booking this hotel. "Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse. "

"Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "

"I would not stay here again. It's hotel prices in the middle of Manchester without hotel facilities. You've got to check yourself in using a QR code. Then they insisted on seeing ID before they would let me have my key. I told the staff that it isn't mandatory to carry ID in the UK (im not against that by the way I just didn't have anything on me Barr my phone).
