The hotel is very clean and well located, within a short drive to Ramla beach and Victoria. The breakfast buffet is worth it. "We had a lovely stay at C4 Retreat! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was great. The hotel felt fresh and clean with all the necessary amenities. It was super easy to check in despite there not being a 24/7 reception and there were nice little details like getting a decanter of fresh water in your room every day (even though the tap water is safe to drink). "The hotel was clean and the room was spacious which I appreciated. However, it would have made a world of a difference to me if they provided and not charged for hotel slippers. These should be complimentary in a 4-star hotel. One other improvement point would be if they provided bottles of water as well with the room, given Maltese water is too salty to drink. These are low-cost amenities that would have made this stay 5 stars."
