"Amazing location! Very close to “Jemaa el- Fnaa”! Rooftop restaurant was great! Great food and entertainment in the evening. Staff were very helpful. They prepared breakfast to go for our early excursion. Since we had to leave the hotel at 7:15am. Recommend packing shower shoes. AC is located only in the smaller room with a single/twin bed so it was too warm to sleep for the rest in the bigger room with the king bed and the additional single/ twin bed."

"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"Best stay we have had so far on all our visits to Marrakesh over the years. The complex is surrounded by the most beautiful well kept lush gardens which added to the whole relaxed feel of the hotel.
