2 petis points négatifs que je peux dire 1. manque de places de stationnements ou il faut en trouver librement en face de l’hôtel, ne pas oublier de payer le gardien en suppl mais bon il y a au moins une surveillance, je pensais qu’il y avait un parking Intérieur 2. Dans notre chambre il manquait énormément de prise, on avait simplement deux à chaque coin de la du lit, obligé de brancher nos équipements sur la Tv ou le frigo , prévoir de demander une rallonge au début du séjour sinon le petit dej est juste délicieux ( point sur les viennoiseries) et le personnel très souriants😍

Le personnel est accueillant et le roof top avec la piscine est super. Mais ça s'arrête là. Les fenêtres n'isolent absolument pas du bruit extérieur, rue très passante et bruyante. Une tâche est resté au sol du 1er jour jusqu'au dernier. La salle de bain est dans un état catastrophique. Pleine de moisissures et la cuvette des WC était sale à notre arrivée. Le meuble du lavabo est resté sale tout le temps de notre séjour.

Nice, clean hotel in a good location. Plenty of dining options within walking distance, main road on your doorstep, very friendly and helpful staff always willing to help.

Firstly the hotel location and pool/lounge were great. However the rooms were dirty and not clean. On the bed sheets we found long hair on our pillow and had stains on our bedsheets. The hotel staff was mixed, some were nice, some weren’t, some didn’t bother with their job and watch YouTube videos all day. One lady was very difficult at reception. I complained about the iron not working and she made it a big deal. Despite her ordering a new iron her attitude was great when other customers were around, however her attitude was different when I went to speak to her alone. Clearly demonstrates her willingness and attitude was very unpredictable. The 2 gentlemen at reception also said check in was 3 pm when it clearly said 2pm on the booking but we didn’t check in until 3:30pm. A few guys were very nice such as the ones at the top of the pool and in the restaurant. The gentleman at the front door was very nice and welcoming. The other staff at the reception desk should learn from their younger peers. The older man who looked after our bags was very nice and friendly. The cleaning team was also good. Only the reception desk people were different and had bad attitude.

The staff was wonderful. We actually stayed in three different rooms at different times—standard, deluxe and suite. I would avoid the standard room. It was small and not as clean as the others

Good location but disappointed.
I booked this hotel based on previous reviews, however, i wasn't entirely happy with my stay. Before arriving in the country i tried to call, email via hotel.com and even emailed the hotel directly but had no answer or reply at all. There were things i wanted to confirm and wanted to arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel but they didnt even bother to respond so we had to make our own way once we landed. When arriving at the hotel i mentioned this, however, the man behind reception had no interest at all and didnt even offer an apology. Before booking the hotel the website says check in is at 2pm, i managed to get my room at 2.45pm. The room itself was clean although the bathroom light was very dim and the shower leaks onto the floor. There was a kettle in the room, however, no milk/milk sachets are provided. There was a tv in the room but only had limited channels - 5 worked max. The best thing about the hotel is the location - its close to pretty much everything. Also, I'd like to praise the breakfast staff who were very polite and attentive to our needs. The breakfast options are also good.

Séjour très bien
Le séjour était super, avec un personnel attentionné ils étaient au top tous, tout particulièrement Hamza, Le roofop était sublime pareil que sur les photo, Seul point négatif était l’armoire un peu cassé à l’entrée et les légères moisissures dans la douches. Sinon tout était propre le ménage était fait tout les jours.

We had a really great time at the hotel! The staff was so nice and attentive towards our needs. If you are looking for a place to stay in Marrakech we would definitely recommend this hotel.

A good place to stay, only draw back is the windows are not closing enough (Dammaged frame) making the room a bit noisy Great barista for coffees (additional cost at breakfast, free coffee is nescafé that does not count as coffee)

Generally speaking, the hotel was quite nice. My only issue was when it came to check-out, I was told to pay 55 Moroccan Dirham instead of 15 (on my receipt from Expedia, it mentioned that I had to pay a local tax at the hotel of $1.99 CAD, which translates to 15 Moroccan Dirham). I'm not sure why that was the case but it was pretty disappointing overall after what was a remarkable experience. I ended up getting my issue resolved with Expedia but I just want others to be aware of this and have your receipts with you.

Séjour de trois jours du 4 au 7 août. Hotel complet. Personnel sympathique, à l'écoute et toujours présent. Le petit dejeuner était correct et copieux. Beaucoup de restaurants et commerces à proximité. Bimol : Réveil plusieurs fois dans la nuit et surtout vers 5h du matin à cause d'artifice et des voitures qui roulent trop vite le long du boulevard principal, c'était impressionnant ! Séjour à refaire mais pas l'été.
