I booked this hotel based on previous reviews, however, i wasn't entirely happy with my stay.
Before arriving in the country i tried to call, email via hotel.com and even emailed the hotel directly but had no answer or reply at all. There were things i wanted to confirm and wanted to arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel but they didnt even bother to respond so we had to make our own way once we landed.
When arriving at the hotel i mentioned this, however, the man behind reception had no interest at all and didnt even offer an apology. Before booking the hotel the website says check in is at 2pm, i managed to get my room at 2.45pm.
The room itself was clean although the bathroom light was very dim and the shower leaks onto the floor.
There was a kettle in the room, however, no milk/milk sachets are provided.
There was a tv in the room but only had limited channels - 5 worked max.
The best thing about the hotel is the location - its close to pretty much everything. Also, I'd like to praise the breakfast staff who were very polite and attentive to our needs. The breakfast options are also good.
