This hotel does not exsist! Do not book there. They use the pictures of a hotel named Hotel Larbi and the name of a hotel 20 km outside the medina area. And if you call them they dont pick up. Dont book there pleasr expedia remove this hotel. Luckily i got my money back

Employees were not best at cleaning their establishment. Somehow, the mailman put me in the wrong room. So they had to wake me up at one in the morning and moving into a new room. I was not pleased. The front desk were very helpful when I needed help getting around Marrakesh.

Dirty sheets, dirty pool and the places had their best days behind. A guy sleeping in the shared room got his stuff stolen when went to the unattended front desk to find someone to fix the AC. Then someone pretended to be an employee got to the room and stole his passport and valuable things. I talked with the hotel about my concern and not feeling safe and the offered me a private room for the double the price that I paid. I preferred to leave the place, with a paid night, and moved to a Raid. Best decision ever... Stay away, doesn't matter the price.
