"A very professional staff throughout the hotel, especially the front desk and Ismail in particular. The hotel is architectural stunning, the vision of one man and it shows. Everything about this hotel is perfect, as is their out of town swimming pool, and oasis of calm. My one criticism would be that the complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms should be replaced without having to ask....a small thing but important. A perfect holiday destination."

"The location cannot be better! You are in a calm side street next to all the happenings. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast on the roof top terrace exceptional, and the amenities are outstanding. If we return to Morocco - this is the place to stay."

"The staff are the real highlight at Agafay Ecolodge. They certainly make an effort to make you feel welcome and provide world class service. Not artificial but a genuine hospitality. If you simply want to unwind under an open air setting, this is the spot. For offsite excursions, they can assist with many options in the area."
