"The Raid Magnolia had a lovely interior and rooftop to sit and have some quiet time. The staff was exceptional. Monsef and Mouna made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying there, one of the most exceptional experiences I have had on a vacation, a much needed reset. "

"Full of character and charm, the hotel is a pleasure to stay in. Comfortable room, well presented and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for wondering around the Madina but also close to taxis and buses. Wonderful host and excellent breakfast. Sadly, I had to cut my trip short but will happily return. "

"Great stay and very helpful and knowledgable owner. Nice place with a short walk to the main square. Owner helped us setup a day trip and we had a great driver to show us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Great location in heart of the medina. Rooms not very sound proof but we were on top floor which I think helped.
Breakfast was good, lots of options."
"My wife and I stayed at the Riad Palais des Princesses for a 3 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are seeking a modern, clinical type of hotel, this isn't for you - it is however for those wanting to step back in time, soak up the atmosphere and ambiance and to do so in beautiful surroundings. From the moment we arrived the staff were superb as we took our seats for our welcoming Moroccon mint tea and they catered for all our needs throughout our stay. The Riad is perfectly located as a starting point to explore the city, close to the main square and souks. Our suite was beautifully arranged with a unique and quirky entrance room leading to the main bedroom suite and bathroom. The roof top terrace also came to good use as a spot to sit out and relax and enjoy the setting sun. Very much enjoyed our stay."
"I’ve stayed at Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc multiple times over the years—this was probably our 6th visit—and it used to be our go-to hotel. Unfortunately, this recent experience was disappointing and will likely be our last.
The rooms have gone downhill. There is no smart TV, and the small TV provided was locked to a single channel, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this level. The WiFi was also extremely unreliable—you constantly have to reconnect, which makes it frustrating to use.
What stood out the most this time was the change in service. Some staff members were rude, which is very different from the welcoming atmosphere we experienced in the past.
Another big disappointment was the new policy for early arrivals. Previously, if you arrived before check-in, you could enjoy lunch and use the pool while waiting for your room. Now, they charge €15 per person just to access these basic amenities before 3 PM, which feels unreasonable—especially for returning guests.
The food quality has also noticeably declined compared to previous visits.
It’s really unfortunate because this hotel used to be a favorite for us, our family, and our friends. Sadly, due to the drop in service, quality, and overall experience, we won’t be returning."
"I travel all year for work and this is the worst hotel i have ever been too. Staff are rude and dont care!
Rooms are dated and everything in room was broken including tv, balcony, door iron and safe. Told management but didnt really care
Spoke to General Manager Muhammed and he was worse than his staff. Told me he would give me a discount when i go back to hotel as if i ever would. He was rude an arrogant. The changed our room 3 times in 3 days which took hours to do but he couldn't see a problem with that. Rudest General manager iv ever encountered.
Pool area is nice with DJ playing but staff just dont care.
Im in Marrakech every year and its amazing. Arab culture is so welcoming but this hotel is the opposite.
Even every taxi we got in agreed that all they ever heard was problems with this hotel. No wander it has changed names 4 times in past 20 years.
Btw is fully under construction but in there true sneaky way they dont tell you.
Reception was full of people complaining and all you could hear around the pool area was people with issues with hotel.
This was not unique to me.

U must visit Marrakech it is amazing but if you stay at this hotel your trip will be ruined."
"My room was freezing cold. Unfortunately the radiator from 1920 didn’t work. The engineer made 4 trips with different tools at 11:00 at night but still couldn’t get it to work. I slept in my clothes. The shower was lovely but seriously flooded the bathroom with 3 inches of water. My chicken dinner at the Asian restaurant was undercooked which is a recipe for serious illness and rice was $15 extra. Not great value for your money. .the security was oppressive until I understood why and then it was much appreciated.
The comped my drink but still "
