Arrived late at night and were on the second floor which was up some steep marble stairs which isn’t ideal when you have a toddler in a pushchair. We were told to leave our pushchair in the lobby which isn’t manned at all day or night. Once in the room it was basic and tried to get some sleep but it was too hot and the air con didn’t work so asked the guy to fix it to which I was told give it 10 mins and it will work, it still didn’t work after 8 hours. Also my 2 year old could see over the top of the balcony. Wouldn’t stay here if your going on a family holiday I paid extra when there and upgraded to excelsior junior which is a lovely place.
