Our room was clean but there was no heat in bathroom or hot water in shower. We stayed two nights and the second did not even shower due to no hot water. The staff were very courteous.

They were pretty set about the checkin time. No check in before 4 (arrived at 3:30 pm) Staff very sweet and professional though but not busy and hotel did not look busy.

Family weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The kids enjoyed the pool and the alligators. The room was cozy. We intend to go back to enjoy the arcade and the movies.
