The outstanding feature of this property for me is the kitchen suites which provide a very homely accommodation. It allows you to purchase your own food and enjoy it in home comfort. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a great gym on the compound so you don’t have to miss your workout routine while away from home. My only disappointment was that the steam room was closed for renovation and i could have done well with the steam after the Toronto Marathon on Sunday. The property is in close proximity to restaurants. Shopping malls, banks, supermarkets etc.

Great location and large car park. Staff attitude was alright (not the friendliest I have seen) and facilities are old, especially the room. There is a big gap between the main door and the door frame, and the curtain cannot block all the light coming from the corridor (there is a large glass block window facing the corridor somehow, weird). The smell of the room can be more decent. One thing that disappoints me is that there is no complimentary water in the room. If you are not their member you have to pay $2.50 per bottle.

This is my designated hotel to stay whenever I visit Toronto. Easy walking distance to numerous dinning options. Easy shopping. Close to major Highways. Spacious room.

When we arrived only had 3 bath towels and we were a total of 4 guests. We called to notify housekeeping and didn’t receive bath towels until the next day.we checked in on Thursday and our room was Not cleaned until Saturday

In my room the phone can’t call to front desk or services, when I need something I have to go front desk to asked, but service very quick, I can get either extra pillows and blankets they bring it in 20-30 mins under, I would highly recommend this hotel every time I tripped to Canada.

I stayed there for 6 nights. After the first night, I asked to change the room because the air conditioner was noisy and disturbed my sleep. They promised verbally, but in the end they said there were no rooms and gave the room to the guest who checked in. I asked to change the room in the morning, and the front desk said they would clean it and change it after 3 pm. After 3 pm, they told me that the room was given to the new guest. This experience was very bad. Hilton will not be my choice of accommodation next time.

Heating packed up. We froze and I had a head cold and missed half the events we went for. Bed groaned as though on a tin each time one turned. Bath jell ran out. Food was truly foul for vegetarians. Hot water kept cutting out. Long waits at reception. Surprising for a Hilton.

Very nice hotel; I stayed here years ago and the room was amazing but this time we booked a kitchenette suite that is pet friendly. Room looked a little outdated and the mirrors were dirty; one of the glasses with the cover on had a white hair in it but asides from those issues of cleanliness everything else was fine. The staff were kind and helpful.
