Paper thin walls and floors. Doors slam as hard as can be which shakes the whole building.

Clean, nice staff, great common area to visit with families and friends. Walmart is within walking distance, lots of food options in driving distance, beach is within 2-3 miles of walking, very quiet. Enjoyed our staff here.

This was our first trip out to Monterey and stayed at the comfort inn for two nights. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast bar was very good. We used the gym facility which was perfect and I would stay here again. Definitely worth the money

Excelente Hotel, mesmo estando um pouco afastado esta numa região segura e calma com otima infra estrutura. Funcionarios são cordiais e o quarto muuito confortavel. O café da manhã é pequeno, mas a atenção e preocupação dos funcionarios em manter tudo arrumado e limpo é uma realidade. Parabens.

Okay hotel. Clean.
The hotel was clean and nice. The front desk staff was okay. The bed was a little uncomfortable. My fiancee and I had a paranormal experience in our room 201. The parking lot was empty. It seemed like everyone was staying at their competitors, the Hamptons Inn next door. I even felt like walking over there as well.Upon checking out the front desk staff saw me struggling trying to exit out the lobby doors with my luggages and they didn't bother to try opening the door. I thought that was rude. I do not plan staying here again. Lucky I only stayed 1 night. Maybe next time Ill check out the Hamptons Inn.

Comfortable stay at the Comfort Inn
Nice stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The check in was easy. We needed extra towels and soap, and the front office representative was very attentive and took care of our needs. The breakfast was adequate, but we would have liked a few more fruit options and variety.

Not doing their job.
Nice place physically but when smoke alarms went off in our room at 3 am due to their negligence they refused to compensate me for not being able to sleep which is the point of having a hotel room!! Then they lied saying it was up to Hotels.com to compensate me.

We really liked how close it was to Marina State Beach. The easy access to Hwy 1 to get to neighboring towns/cities. The staff we interacted with was friendly. The beds were comfortable, and they offered breakfast. We would stay there again.

This hotel was great. It was very clean and had friendly staff. They have coffee and infused water at all hours of the day for guests.The drive to Monterey was about 15min; Which I didn't think was bad and it is close to shopping and restaurants. The location to the beach was great as well, literally a 2min drive to a beautiful state beach. Our room was clean and well stocked with hygiene supplies and towels. Shower water pressure and heads were amazing! The only complaint I have about the room is the beds. They were hard and uncomfortable. This is the only reason I didn't give them a five star rating. The breakfast was good, it had warm eggs, sausage, waffles, and toast breads, along with the usual cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and cold foods.

Mom and sis were happy.
I got the room for my 89 year old mom and my sister. First, a guy named Milo checked us in, and he was great. Friendly and professional. They had a great breakfast the next morning, and the gent working the desk (sorry, can't remember his name, but he was South Korean. Very friendly and professional, as well. While waiting for my mom and sister to pack up there stuff, we chatted with the clerk. He was super cool. My mom and sister said everything about their stay was great.
