Not much to be liked. Pool and hot tub broke. No estimate on when it will be fixed. AC unit for lobby, dining area and corridors broke. Staff were keeping doors open to get fresh air which allowed bugs to enter. Elevator safety inspection expired Jan 01,2026. This property feels like no one can spend money to fix material issues. Should be closed until they can fix issues

Room was clean, bed was good, breakfast was mediocre. Pool and hot tub wasn't available. Had dropped a bracelet on carpet, and didn't notice it till we were home 4 hours away. When we called and asked if it was found, they said no. That was the last place we saw it. 2 of the hosts were kind of sarcastic, will the tall one was more than helpful. Location was convenient.

Rude staff, checked in with 2 children for spring break. There is a big sign that says the pool and hot tub are closed but you can not check in and be refunded, we chose that option because with the kids we wanted the pool. They wouldn’t refund us. Had to charge it off my cc we never checked in
