"Property was easy to find and quick to access. Room was clean on arrival and reasonably cool, with aircon, considering outside temperature was 30°+. First morning we realised there was a very unpleasant smell in room and couldn't work out where it was coming from as didnt appear to be drains in bathroom. Contacted property manager and he responded quickly offering to have someone stop by. We decide just to buy air diffuser for room as only staying 2 nights, and needed to head out, so couldn't wait on someone coming. Smell worse when we returned in evening and seemed to be linked to air conditioning unit. Excessively hot in Bochum so we couldn't do without aircon so decided just to put up with it overnight as not possible to open window and still have aircon running. I'm hoping the smell issue has been rectified by our next visit as room was great other than that issue. The location was perfect for our needs and not noisy considering it's on the Ring Road. Plenty shops and restaurants around property. Personally, I would have preferred a safe and fridge but, as only a short stay, room was sufficient. Coffee machine with a few pods and kettle with 4 different teas."

"Enjoyed our stay but with a heatwave and a hotel with no air conditioning it was horrendous we managed to buy the last two fans in the town so room was a bit better but we were staying six days so spent a lot of time in place with air con to cool down, staff were very good friendly and professional A big thank you to them."
