Das Zimmer (Appartement) war gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet. Handtücher wurden zu oft gewechselt, auch wenn nicht benutzt. Die Klausulierung zu einem Wechsel "nur wenn auf dem Boden liegend" war wohl nicht bekannt. Das Hallenschwimmbad war von ordentlicher Größe und bot hervorragende 29 Grad C., sehr angenehm bei draußen herrschenden Wintertemperaturen. Auch die Sauna mit einer Temperatur von ca. 90 Grad C. war aus- gezeichnet. Frühstück war ausreichend und von guter Qualität. Das Nachlegen wurde nicht immer beachtet, so- wohl beim Aufschnitt als auch bei den Getränken, obwohl bis 9.15 h vorgesehen. Das Personal im Frühstückssaal entspricht leider nicht den uns sonst bekannten Standards, manchmal wurden wir an Zeiten wie vor 30 Jahren erinnert. Meist nur traurige Gesichter, kein Morgengruß und beson- ders ständiges Entfernen von Essgeschirr u. Besteckteilen während der Mahlzeit. Man fühlt sich ständig beobachtet und gestört. An der Rezeption wird deutsch gesprochen, Zimmer- u. Kurpersonal sind meist nur mit Gesten unvollkommen zu verstehen. Deutsch wollen wir nicht verlangen, aber ein wenig Schulenglisch wäre doch in einem sonst ordentli- chen Hotel angebracht. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir jedoch zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder, denn Parken, großer Safe und Wellness überwiegen die Nachteile.

Wir waren mit Familie dort 3 Tagen:2 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern (2,4 Jahre alt),Personal und Service sehr gut und freundlich, Frühstück ist reichhaltig,Wellnessbereich ist sauber ,Anwendungen sind gut,man muss aber schnell möglichst buchen wegen Nachfrage.Innen Pool ist warm,die Kinder wollten gar nicht raus aus dem Wasser. Einziges Manko:sie haben ein Aufzug im Haus und manchmal müssten wir länger warten auf ihn wegen Putzfrauen, die auch den Aufzug Vormittag öfter benutzt haben,wir haben im 6 ten Stock gewohnt.

Der Check-In war freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet gut.Die Kellner schienen manchmal etwas überlastet. Es wäre vielleicht sinnvoll den Gästen bei der Tischauswahl behilflich zu sein. Auch für spontane Teilnahme am Abendessen sollte es eine klarere Abmachung von seiten der Hotelverwaltung mit dem Service geben und eine freundlichere Begrüßung und auch die Tischwahl mit den Kellnern besser. Die Waldspazierwege sind gut markiert und runden eine gute Erholung ab. Vom Hotel aus gibt es kurze Wege ins Zentrum. Leider ist der Hauptzugangsweg bei Dunkelheit zu Fuß schlecht bis gar nicht beleuchtet und der Anfahrtsweg sollte besser bezeichnet werden. Wenn man die Adresse mit Straße eingibt, gelangt man an den Hintereingang, der netterweise von einem Hotelarbeiter geöffnet wurde, jedoch normal nicht von außen nicht zu befahren. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt doch sehr gefallen.

Altes Hotel schätze noch in 50ger jahren gebaut, Welness Bereich besteht aus kleines Becken eine Sauna (Sanarium) mit 60 Grad also keine Finische oder Dampfsauna. Ruheliegen aus plastik und ohne Decken. Frühstüch war gut und große Auswahl. Was ich als großes Mangel empfunden habe waren die Fließen in Sauna! Das habe ich noch nirgendwo gesehen und es war ohne Schuhe echt unangenehm.

Рядом лес, тренажерный зал, бассейн, теннисный корт, чистый воздух - все условия для занятия спортом. Очень большой выбор медицинских процедур, СПА (за дополнительную плату). Хороший завтрак. В отеле есть ресторан, который работает до позднего вечера. Рядом с отелем находится комплекс различных магазинов. В шаговой доступности пивные бары, например "Козловна" с вкусной кухней и нормальными ценами. От центра города "Колоннада" 20 минут пешком. Из недостатков: не приветливый персонал, оглушительно - шумные туристы китайской национальности, которых привозят почти каждый вечер на больших автобусах (до 5 автобусов) для ночлега и рано утром увозят (перевалочный пункт). В двух номерах, в которых мы проживали, не было холодильника, кондиционера, утюга (телевизор, фен были). Постельное бельё, за неделю проживания, не меняли ни разу, полотенца по запросу.

Waren dort zum Zweiten Mal, erstes mal im Appartement war schön , jetzt normales Doppelzimmer: etwas enttäuscht, kein Kühlschrank, keine Klima, kein Bidet, nicht mal Schuhlöffel vorhanden, für 4 Sterne hatten wir das eigentlich nicht nur beim Zimmer hohe Preisklasse erwartet.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da. Nichts hat sich verändert. Leider hatten wir sehr schlechtes Wetter, sogar mit Stromausfall. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war eiskalt, sehr unangenehm.

Nice but should be improved

Hotel is very spacious and clean but there were no fitness, no gym, lack of kids playground and outdoor toys. It had old-fashioned style. We liked big pool and good breakfast.

Es handelt sich hier um ein Hotel in einer guten Lage, was hier aber auch das einzig Positive ist. Wenn man gerne in einer Kantine mit Ohropax und unfreundlichem Personal frühstückt und man auf keine große Essensauswahl wert legt, ist man hier genau richtig.

sieht nicht nur aus wie eine Kurklinik :-(

Mein Partner und ich (30 Jahre alt) wollten ein paar entspannende Tage verbringen. Das Zimmer glich eher einer Jugendherrberge - schlechter als auf den Bildern. Das einzig schöne war die Kingsize-Matratze und die Whirlpoolfunktion in der Badewanne. Ansonsten lud das Zimmer nicht zum Aufenthalt ein. Das Zimmermädchen führt an beiden Morgenden eine Unterhaltung auf dem Gang, an ausschlafen war also nicht zu denken. Die Krönung war jedoch als sie 8:30 Uhr an der Tür klopfte um zu fragen wann sie in das Zimmer kann - ich lag noch im Bett. Frühstück gab es bis 9:30 Uhr und war echt ok. Die Mädels waren sehr bemüht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Gegen 11 Uhr kam dann noch der Hausmeister, der uns nicht sagen konnte was er will, dann hat er die Heizung voll aufgedreht, die Situation war sehr komisch und unangenehm. Die Sauna ist scheinbar noch recht neu, also ganz schön, jedoch habe ich den Ruhebereich nicht gefunden. Die Nutzung ist nur von 15 - 16 Uhr gratis, danach auf Gebühr! Vor 15 Uhr gar nicht. Ein Katzensprung bis in die Stadt ist absolut Ansichtssache. Ich laufe gerne ein Stück, jedoch ist es bis zu den Kolonaden ganz schön weit. Fazit: Das Zielklientel sind hier wohl eher Kurgäste mit dem Anspruch Ärztliche Betreuung zu erhalten.

Erholung, Hund kann darf mit, genial für Ruhe

wir wollten gemeinsam mit unserem Hund ein paar Tage Erholung und vor allem Ruhe. Das Hotel dafür ist genial, da es am Stadtrand liegt und umgehend der Wald vor der Nase.

Knapp über Durchschnitt

Der Kurpark von Marienbad ist sehr schön. Die weitere Umgebung ist sehenswert. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wellnesangebot ist gut. Das Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen. Hier geht man besser einige Minuten in deen Ort und findet genügend bessere Alternativen in allen Preisklassen. Im Sommer sind die Aussenanlagen für Familien mit Kindern bestimmt reizvoll. Die Zimmer(ohne Minibar) sind ausreichend gross.

In dieJahre gekommenens, aber TOP sauberes Hotel

Das von ausen nicht mehr ganz so tolle Hotel, hat beim betreten der Lobby überzeugt. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren super sauber. Von der Einrichtung her etwas düster und die Zimmer sehr klein. Dafür ein ganz , ganz tolles Badezimmer mit einer hammer Wirlpoolwanne. Was gibt es schöneres, als nach einem Tag mit viel Besichtigungen auf das Zimmer zu kommen und sich in einer Blubberwanne zu Entspannen. Betten Sauber und nicht durchgelegen..schöne feste Matrazen. Frühstück war ausreichend + lecker und bis jetzt der beste Frühstückskaffe, den wir in der Tschechei bekomen haben!! Einziges Mango....Wir machen unsere Betten immer ein klein wenig zurecht wenn wir das Zimmer verlassen. Leider wurde das Bett nicht angerührt vom Zimmerservice. Da hätte man mal anpacken können, alles ordentlich aufschütteln und sauber hinrichten können. Das Hallenbad haben wir leider aus Zeitmangel nicht benutzt.....wir kommen aber mit Sicherheit wieder!! Preis Leistung ist Super!!

Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich!

Das Frühstück war mehr als ungenügend. Mein Mann hat 3 Anläufe gebraucht um seine Kabel in ein Spiegelei zu bekommen. Die Auswahl ist sehr bescheiden. Der Kaffee war nicht genießbar. Am 2. morgen wurden wir vom Personal ignoriert und bekamen kein Getränk. Die Betten waren sehr durchgelegen.
