Charming hotel and neighborhood

Older fancy grand hotel. Very nice staff at the front desk. Great breakfast buffet. Super efficient but non-personal wait staff. No smiles, no eye contact, no greeting. It might be the language barrier or their culture. Nice small pool and sauna. Beautiful neighborhood. We loved hearing the music from our window.

Sicherlich ein sehr gutes Familienhotel...

Der Empfang der Rezeption war überaus freundlich, die Rezeptionistin hat uns mit allen wissenswerten Informationen rund um das Hotel, die Öffnungszeiten des Spabereichs sowie die Restaurant-Öffnungszeiten und öffentliche Parkplätze an der Straße oder im Parkhaus versorgt. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit allem, was benötigt wird, ausgestattet und strahlte einen gemütlichen Eindruck aus. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass es eine Minibar gab, die wir selbst befüllen konnten. Das Bett war riesig, sehr bequem und kuschlig. Des Weiteren hatten wir einen süßen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Kolonaden und abdunkelnde Vorhänge, die längeres Ausschlafen ermöglichten. Die Auswahl der Speisen war frisch, jedoch zumindest beim Frühstück nicht überaus abwechslungsreich. Großartig war jedoch der Kaffee, der von einer echten Barista jeden Morgen nach den Wünschen der Gäste a la minute zubereitet wurde. Das Abendessen haben wir nur einmal im Hotel zu uns genommen, weil uns das Ambiente im Speisesaal nicht zugesagt hat. Dieser Eindruck begann beim viel zu hellen Licht und setzte sich bei den warmen Speisen in Wärmebehältern aus Plastik fort. Perfekt hingegen war die Salatauswahl mit Rohkost, Gemüse, Linsen, Feinkostsalaten und einem der schmackhaftesten Dressings, das ich je probieren durfte. Der Spabereich war gepflegt, jedoch sehr klein für die Größe des Hotels und durch die vielen Kinder leider sehr laut. Ein familienfreundliches Hotel - nichts für eine romantische Auszeit zu zweit.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Bodenbeläge sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was auch deren Reinigung erschwert. Der Wellnessbereich ist für ein Haus dieser Größe zu klein und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Personal überwiegend sehr freundlich.

Balkontür geht zum Balkon von 3Zimmer; man kann zum anderen Zimmer gehen ohne viel Hindernis. Dadurch musste in der Nacht Tür geschlossen bleiben bei der Hitze.

Die Bilder vom Schwimmbad und Hote sind auf der Webseite gut bearbeitet worden. Es war in wirklichkeit alles nicht so schön. Was aber noch viel schlimmer war. Im Speisesaal waren viel weniger Sitzplätze vorhanden ,als Gäst dort waren. Man musste lange auf einen Sitzplatz warten. Soetwas geht gar nicht.....

Falsche Angaben bei Ausstattung

Unser Aufenthalt war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Speisesaal war überfüllt und es konnte nicht immer ein freier Platz gefunden werden. Es standen oftmals Gäste mit vollen Tellern im Speisesaal ohne einen Platz zu bekommen. Es gab keinen Whirlpool wie beschrieben im Hotel, was für uns ein Kriterium war. Die Duschkabine war kaputt, somit konnte die Duschtüre nicht komplett geschlossen werden. Die Zimmer sind nicht wie beschrieben schallgeschützt, wir hörten laut und zu jeder Tages-, und Nachtzeit den Fernseher vom Nachbarzimmer.

Hadde tid til bare 2 netter.Hyggelig opphold,vennlig personalet.God frokost,SPA.I basseng hadde de 29,5 grader.God varme på rommet.Stue,soverom,toalet og bad.Fornøyd.Dette er eldre hotel,prismer,høyt under taket.Som de fleste hoteller noe slitt,men det gir bare charme og atmosfæren

Spokojenost s personálem a hotelem

V hotelu jsme byli od středy do soboty, ubytování s polopenzí. K dispozici jsme měli v ceně saunu a bazén. Hotel je útulný, čistý, personál je ochotný a vstřícný. Hotel je dobrým výchozím bodem k vycházkám i k túrám po okolí. Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni.

I liked it but I was missing some hotel cosmetic supplies which I found automatic in a 4* hotel. Also, I have to say that the spa is much much smaller than it looks on the live sites and there is no relax zone. Literally 4 chairs close to the mini pool are not giving you a big chance to sit down and take a nap. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there, the suite was beautiful and spacious with a great view and I loved the breakfast

Přijatelné ubytování čekajicí na rekonstrukci

Hotel vytvořený spojením historických budov hotelů Palace a Zvon je situován na prominentním místě v samém centru Mariánských lázní. Přesto, že dochází zřejmě k postupné rekonstrukci prostor (lobby a recepce), náš pokoj ve čtvrtém podlaží již rekonstrukci pomalu vyžadoval. Jakékoliv užití sprchového koutu se rovnalo malé potopě na chodbě, nábytek byl již znatelně opotřebovaný a pokoj byl pro užití třemi osobami vybaven jen částečně (župan, šampon chyběl zcela). Na druhou stranu ochota a vstřícnost personálu je naprosto příkladná. Snídaně jsou velmi bohaté. Bazén je však s ohledem na kapacitu hotelu nedostačující, protiproud ani trysky nejsou v chodu a rovněž není v provozu ani bar u bazénu. Bohužel není v provozu ani historická kavárna Opera.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle Bauweise. Man fühlt sich in der Zeit zurückversetzt. Aber dies nicht im negativen Sinne. Leider ist für die Größe des Hauses der Pool und die Sauna viel zu klein. Als Spa-Hotel erwartet man etwas anderes .

Great location in town. Staff was very helpful. Parking facilities are a little tight if you have a medium or above size vehicle. Also reserve well ahead if you want spa or massage treatments. Overall it was a good stay
