"We had an excellent stay. The hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job every day. During our stay, housekeeping accidentally dropped and broke one of our prescription medication bottles. They immediately informed management, resolved the situation without hesitation, and replaced it at no cost to us, even making sure we received the correct dosage. Their professionalism and genuine concern were greatly appreciated.
The front desk staff was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help with any questions or requests. They truly made us feel valued as guests.
The restaurant staff was also exceptional. Service was attentive, warm, and efficient, and every meal was an enjoyable experience.
