"Cons: TV glitched the whole weekend, no WiFi, one out of six elevators worked at any given time, no sofa which I could’ve sworn was supposed to be part of the deal. Amenities that no longer exist (ie, pool, casino on site) should be removed from signs (ie, the elevator). Pros: our room and friendly staff. "

That is not thea appropriate or empathetic response to an error that he made. He had no consideration for me as a guest trudging back and forth with luggage and all. I received Poor customer service upon check in and was disappointed due to the amount I paid for 1 night. "

"This place is disgusting. Beware the picture online is not what the place really look like. The mattress had stains and bed bug shedding on them. There was blood stains in on the bathroom wall near the toilet. The place smelled like a locker room. The furniture was used furniture. I have pictures of I can upload. The lobby smelled bad and had missing ceiling tiles. This place need to be shut down "
