She is very professional,helpful. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too.

"The hotel does not have a shuttle to and from the Panama City International airport, but it was easy and relatively easy to negotiate a ride to the property with one of the many cabbies at the airport. The entrance to the hotel is a little confusing, off a busy street and the main lobby very small, but once inside the staff was one of the friendliest and helpful I have ever encountered. "The bedding was superb. The apartment was large and comfortable. The front desk staff, Neris especially, were super helpful and friendly. "Its a quiet safe area. The staff and iwner qent way out of their way for me.
I like not having a television. They may have in other rooms IDK.
Its a quick short taxi ride in/out of Old Town.

"If you ever want to sleep do not stay here. The noise from nightclubs is unbearably loud - till sunrise. The room literally shakes all night with the volume.
I unexpectedly needed accommodation after being robbed at gunpoint so booked in a bit of a panic. Paid $100 US for a private ensuite room with balcony and sea view which I was not given at check in. Was moved to another room but it did not look like the photos - and def no view.

"There was no ocean view! There was no outside pool! I had to change rooms three times the first night because some young staff member did not want to acknowledge my reservation and wanted to downgrade me!! the Internet was super terrible. I might’ve had one day of usage, even though I called downstairs to have it looked at it still did not come back. The cleaning crew was on point. They definitely kept the hotel clean…"
