Staff members were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the wifi worked well. The hotel is centrally located in a high traffic area with lots of restaurants, pharmacy and mini marts nearby. Felt very safe walking in the area and I definitely enjoyed the views from the balcony.

Great location, near metro. Great staff. Breakfast was included and was great with buffet-like options that mostly changed daily. Pool and gym were great. Having more available pool and gym towels would have been ideal but when asked staff were helpful. I personally enjoyed the steam room near the gym, I like a good sweat. Staff at check in and in restaurant very nice and accommodating. Great gym with much more equipment than I have seen in most hotels. Very comfortable mattress on bed. You do hear some honking of cars from 2nd floor.
