The room was adequate for the price. The bed was actually comfortable. The area is probably not the safest. My biggest complaint would be the noise and how thin the walls are. It's a bit hard to fall asleep to the sounds of moaning and clapping, but it is what it is. You get what you pay for.

One of the staff members were always there for me, his name is Willy. Willy helped me park my rental car, helped me find food and brought it to my room, helped me carry my luggage and he made me feel like home. He even helped me find a taxi cab at night when I didn't want to drive. My bed sheets were always cleaned when I returned to my room at night, I also had cleaned towels and I liked the location, right in the heart of Panama. Good AC and hot water.

Price was great, hotel had a garage but this hotel has a different life at night. You could tell this is more an hourly hotel (if you understand what I mean). Area does not look safe. I took an uber to Casco Viejo about 10min. I would not recommended for family, this is more for a solo travelers, if you are just passing by this is a good price.

Roach infested don’t book!

Cheap or not I almost ran out that place! If I hadn’t been alone I would have left. It’s infested with roaches. The bed is like a prison bed and they don’t give blankets just a thin white sheet. I slept with the lights on praying that it scares the roaches from coming around me! I did not sleep well as soon as there was sun I was gone!

Every cab driver told me it was unsafe to walk around the hotel. It had ZERO amenities. There was a bed, harder than the tile floor. just a sheet, no blankets, no bathroom amenities at all. The air conditioner was pointed directly at your head! 2 towels, no face or bath towels. In visiting now 110 countries this was thr worst place I've ever stayed at!!!

Good place to sleep for the price

Only reason I am satisfied with the stay is for the low price point. The location is OK, only a 25-30 min walk to Casco Viejo and right next to a subway station which I found helpful. The road that the hotel is on is a fairly major road and felt safe enough at night. Inside, the hotel room is extremely basic as seen in the photos, and all of the furniture including the mattress is quite dated. The room felt clean other than the presence of some small insects. A/C worked just fine during my stay. The internet however was not completely stable, there was never a severe outage but there were blips. I would definitely stay here again if it was once again the cheapest hotel room. But mainly for the reason of price.

The price was inexpensive. The staff was cool. The manager was a perfect gentleman. The rooms need to... Well the room was terrible at best, just being honest. I felt like I was entering a prison cell and perhaps the prison has better beds. Omg. Wasn't that embarrassing to put someone in that bed? That bed needed the dump! Gave us neck pain back pain all sorts of pain.. we paid for the week and left after the 2nd night.. never again.. keep the change..

I was in a corner room and the property decided to do construction on the rooms directly next to me and directly across from me the entire week of my stay. There is a window off track in the back right corner of the stay and despite me putting the do not disturb sign on the door the housekeeper insisted on knocking on the door and one day when I was out still came and serviced the room. I’m OCD and there’s a reason I didn’t want my room disturbed. There were no washcloths. As far as amenities they give two bars of soaps and the tv was a whole different story, it started out on 3 adult channels and I turned it off. Stephanie at the front desk and the maintenance man were very helpful as it was my first time in Panama. I always felt safe and the AC definitely worked. The rooms under construction were left open so I could see the major overhauls as well as hearing them when I was leaving. I used WhatsApp to reach the property for WiFi because the room phone had no instructions and no real way to reach to front desk. I don’t suggest it if you want to work from your room during the day. The decor and mirrors throughout looked great for content. As a solo traveler, it has its ups and downs at this property so I would give it a 3/5.
