Pleasant stay with kids

No one at the hotel spoke English, however very friendly staff. Lots of flies around breakfast, not so pleasant. Also felt like the cleaning staff always forgot things such as bring in new towels or bed sheets when they removed the old ones. Had a little kids play area and bunnies which the kids loved! Nice pool.

O quarto tem um bom tamanho. Achei estranho existir um interruptor para ligar e desligar o chuveiro onde normalmente se acende a luz. Além disso, uma das tomadas estava com a fiação exposta. No mais, foi a única pousada que ficamos incomodados com as moscas durante as refeições. Preciso ressaltar que, principalmente, os funcionários da recepção eram muito gentis e prestativos.

Experiência ma-ra-vi-lho-sa

A pousada está localizada próxima ao centro (20 min. de caminhada), mas longe da melhor praia (Barra Grande). E, essa distância razoável é a garantia de paz e tranquilidade que combina com o aconchegante espaço criado por seu simpático proprietário, o Sr. Osvaldo. A estrutura física é lindíssima e cada cantinho faz sentido. Faço só uma sugestão quanto aos pouuíssimos itens plásticos no banheiro que destoam da beleza artesanal e tão bem cuidada do quarto. Todos os colaboradores transcendem a excelência no atendimento aos hóspedes porque se desdobram com um sorriso aberto para melhor atenderem e, de fato, conseguem! Foi uma experiência ma-ra-vi-lho-sa e #recomendo. Parabéns a todos da Pousda Água de Fuego (Ide e Cal)

Hospedagem boa, porém....

O únicos problema é que não passaram para limpar o quarto nenhum dia que ficamos hospedado. Mas no geral é boa a Pousada. As tapiocas no café da manhã são maravilhosas.

A estadia foi ótima . Funcionários e o Dono muito solícitos e simpáticos. Pousada limpa e muito aconchegante , estilo rústico e cheio de cantinhos adoráveis! Não fica no centrinho de Maragogi , mas é praia muito próxima(meia quadra) e com muito silêncio e quietude, muito bom para relaxar após desfrutar dos muitos passeios neste pedaço de paraíso !!! Parabéns a toda equipe e muito obrigada!

Sem organização, pousada desleixada.

A pousada parece aconchegante a princípio, bastante coisas artesanais, área da piscina agradável , porém, não nos sentimos acolhidos devido a alguns problemas na estadia. A cama era confortável, poucos móveis , mas agradável, wi-fi, frigobar, tv , e ar condicionado funcionavam normalmente. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. No check in a moça informou que ainda pagaríamos o valor da reserva , mas avisamos que já tínhamos pago,(desorganizados ). Sempre que procuramos um funcionário para nós atender não encontramos, precisamos de cerveja na piscina e não tinha ninguém para servir, pegamos diretamente na geladeira do "restaurante". A aérea externa (piscina) não tem pouca iluminação, o banheiro do quarto que ficamos não tinha água na privada ( um absurdo) enchemos a nossa caixa térmica para poder colocar água no vaso. Então , achamos que poderiam melhorar em muitas coisas, nossa nota é 6, com certeza não voltaremos.
