"The hot tub was very nice, the included breakfast was super disappointing, the room was clean aside from small details such as the ceiling of the shower having some mold residue so i cleaned that myself on first night, the pool was full of hair and a lot of hair so only used it once during first day, overall was okay not the best and not the worst"

"It is disappointing that what could have been a perfect stay, required a space heater brought to the room as the heat would not come on. Temperature in the room was in the mid-sixties until he space heater was able to bring the temperature to a more liveable low to mid seventies. The weather was unseasonably cold. "The room was big but had a typical smell. Water also had some smell in it. There was constant noise coming from jacuzzi at night after every 10 mins. Breakfast menu was same for 2 days and mostly everything contained egg. Difficult for vegetarians like us to get a good breakfast. Definitely needs some improvement on food and rooms. Staff was good. "

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"Overall, this was a decent stay. The room was quiet and comfortable, but the provided bath towels were frustratingly thin and left lint all over my body. I highly recommend packing your own. Additionally, the parking lot is 100 to 200 meters from the main entrance. To reach it, you must cross a hallway filled with heavy containers of construction debris. You need to be very careful, as there is broken glass, rusted metal staples, and cigarette butts along the path."

"Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and the amenities were great. My only complaint was the pool was cold. Wish it was a heated pool. Also, about 35 minutes from downtown Toronto maybe longer depending on traffic. However, we got a great deal, so I’m ok with that. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again!"
