The individual bungalows are quaint and charming. The breakfast poolside was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The shower wasn't great and the TV service was out during our stay but who needs TV in gorgeous Costa Rica

Great and very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. We didn’t like the bathroom which was open to bugs and animals as it was attached to the room with high walls but the heat and animals and bugs could get in.

My husband and I loved it here. There are only 11 units, so it will never be crowded. The property is clean and attractive. The pool is very relaxing with lots of chairs. The breakfast was delicious with adequate variety. (Be sure to ask for a waffle!) We were also entertained by monkeys at breafast! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our only concern was that the floor in our room was very slippery. Best not to walk about in socks or slick-bottom shoes. Besides that, we have no complaints and would stay here again.

My initial check in was a bit disappointing because the room I specifically booked through Expedia was not the room I got. When I booked this hotel you had to prepay in full plus no refund once you arrived. Now I know why! The wifi was weak at the location we stayed at but if we were at the pool we were able to join the main wifi which was better. We had four nights booked here and the end it was the staff that made our stay enjoyable. If we needed towels, they got them, if the wifi was crappy they tried resetting it. Yesterday one of the staff pointed out a sloth in the tree so I could take some photos and today we were entertained at breakfast with many monkeys.

Overall great hotel. Staff was professional and very accommodating. Hotel is very clean and the premises were beautiful. Great views of the sloth and monkeys living nearby. Isaac and Jandir were superb at time of checking in and checking out as well with any activities i wanted to explore. I would definitively return when i stay in Manuel Antonio in the future. This hotel made my stay memorable.

Maybe the only thing I didn't like is that I think it needs more staff, the TVs are also small because the room is big and the bathroom mirror is still small, it takes up bigger space. The air dripped all night. Maybe that.

We did not stay in the property given the poor state and unsafe conditions of the facilities (end Nov 2025) 1- We booked the deluxe bungalow, butwhen we arrived to the property, they told us that the electronic lock was not working and they could not fix it.  2- They offered alternatives but the rooms they showed us were substandard: no water in the taps, big gap in the toilets between the roof and the wall- which did not allowed for basic privacy and it felt unsafe for our belongings and us personally; there were cockroaches in the room and many areas in the hotel were in disarray and looked shabby/ under construction. Every part of the complex looked abandoned and dilapidated, nothing like the photos. We even doubted that it was operational when we arrived, the front of the building looked so shabby and abandoned- no ordinary reception desk. All communication are via WhatsApp.  3- The person who opened the front door reassured us that we could have a full refund. She even called hotels to try to book us for the night, which seems to indicate it’s not an isolated event. We ended up booking another place so we could stay somewhere safe for the night. This caused added stress and disruption to our trip. When I messaged the property to ask them to reply to the claim for refund, they declined but offered instead to give me cash (partial refund of $60) if I could come to collect it in person, which I refused because it seemed unsafe and dodgy. No resolution from Expedia neither

Broken toilet, shower was least of problems with our suit. Noice from the street in our bedroom was so loud I couldn't get any sleep. I seriously thought about about going to my car to sleep because noice was so unbearable. The hotel staff was sympathetic but couldn't do anything about it. Our room was dark and dim unlike photos from the website.

Lamentablemente se reservo una habitación Deluxe y nos dieron una habitación sin muebles, solo una cama. Al reclamar nos pasaron a otra habitación mucho mejor, pero de una categoría mas baja a la que se pago. El hotel se.ve bonito, pero lamentable no nos aclararon el problema de la habitación.
