Very clean with amazing view of the water and beach. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel staff were friendly and very quick to respond. The beach had dark sand making it a unique experience.

gorgeous view of the sea, with lighted boats fishing all night long. generous room and patio, with huge breakfast and dinner available with pre-order. beautiful, rugged hike down to the beach for swimming. the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. a world away!

Everything! Heaven on earth! The staff is very polite and helpful ! Breakfast excellent with a variety of choices ! The definition of sea view even from the bed!we will definitely visit again this summer many times!

Отличный отель с незабываемым видом из номера!

Мы были в отеле с семьей в июне 2018 г. Жили в семейном люксе с видом на море. Чистый, комфортный номер с панорамным балконом, с видом, который до сих пор стоит перед глазами..! Завтрак в номер, обслуживание, отношение персонала сделало наш отдых еще лучше. Особое спасибо хочется сказать Ирине! Девушка говорит на русском языке и внимательно относится ко всем просьбам, ее помощь во всем была неоценима! Рядом неплохой пляж с бесплатными зонтами. Ездили на водопады Дримона, горячие источники в г. Эдипсос, пляж Каламос, пляж Макриалос, поднимались в горы - рекомендую... Ели в таверне рядом с отелем (там тоже говорят по-русски). Wi-Fi слабоват для просмотра видео, все остальное загружалось без проблем.

Entspannender Traumurlaub

Xenia Residence ist extrem schön und ruhig gelegen (die Bilder der Webseite entsprechen 100% der Wirklichkeit). Sensationell war das Frühstück, das jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse des Cafés oder auf dem Balkon der Wohnung serviert wird. In nur 5 Minuten ist man an einem schönen kleinen Strand (an dem wir im Herbst meistens alleine waren).

Exploring Northern Evia

Absolutely more than we expected. A gem of a hotel in the beautiful village of Pili. Need the car to get in and around. Would like to see a little more offered in the rooms for welcoming guests eg. Tea coffee milk satchets. Ice blocks in fridge. We had the 2 bedroom suite which had washing machine, a real plus but had no clothes airer. Fortunately our friends had one in their room which we borrowed. All in all great place to stsy and visit

Beautiful hotel and views

Very beautiful hotel with stunning views to the sea. We stayed there a family of four and one of the two storey houses was ideal for us. The personnel was very friendly and professional and they served us delicious breakfast each morning (fresh orange juice, omlettes cakes, fresh bread, greek yogurt with honey and fruits to mention only a few things). The way to the beach was very pleasant through a nature path. There is a wild secluded beach which can be reached over some rocks besides the regular beach. We were there in low season (october) and many of the restaurants nearby were closed or had little activity. The kitchen in the house had rather little cuttlery, not ideal for those who like to cook. All in all great hosts, lovely house and peaceful surroundings.

Wonderful apartments in lovely location

Fabulous self-catering apartments with lovely terraces/balconies on cliffs overlooking the sea. Absolutely fabulous breakfast included with huge (and healthy) choices - wonderful thick, Greek yoghurt! 5 mins walk down steep path to quiet, peaceful beach with several bars and tavernas. 5 mins drive to Pilli village and 15 mins to bigger village of Prokopi. Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Lovely location if you like to be away from the crowds and enjoy the lovely island of Evia.
