"Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...

"Hotel was located directly on the beach and has good facilities. The only improvement i could recommend is the staff interaction, especially for the Restaurant Managers at the buffet areas."

"The spa was booked the whole time of our visit is what we were told. So, we didn't get that opportunity. The pool was well kept, a little chilly to sit outside, though. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there."

She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. "Fabulous small hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town. 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and shops. The owner was very welcoming and let us check in early. My friend and I stayed for one night. There were 2 double bedrooms very tastefully decorated. Tea and a coffee pod machine were very welcoming as was the water in the fridge. I don’t sleep very well, the bed was so comfortable I had a great nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking it on my next stay in...
