"The room was clean and quiet. Parking was good, even on the weekend when the lot was almost full it was not a long walk. The pool area was clean and the water temperature in the pool was comfortable. If I had a complaint at all it would be low water pressure in the shower. Good chance it is an eco shower head because the water from the sink faucet is not low pressure. Overall very pleasant stay."

"Breakfast was something nice and easy as it should. Not over the top breakfast but it fed my girlfriend and I. Staff are friendly, park lot was nice and clean. The room is perfect. Nice view of the river in the back. Nice hangout on the side of the building. Don’t hesitate, and book it. I’ll sure be coming back that’s for sure. "

"We were in town for a wedding and had to be at the venue prior to check-in time. We called the hotel the morning of and asked if we'd be able to check-in a couple hours early - to which the very pleasant lady told us we absolutely could. When we showed up, the gentleman behind the counter "found" us a room, but had to charge us $30 for the early check-in. I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've been charged for an early arrival in at least 10 years. To make matters worse, the hot-tub was lukewarm. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, customer service is what brings you back, and the customer service here was not good."

"The room was spacious and clean. The resort was quiet and relaxing and a great location as we were in the area to go to Road America for the Lemon’s Race. Our room overlooked the street were the Lemon’s cars held their parade on Friday night. We ate dinner in the Concourse restaurant. Everything was excellent. Would recommend staying here. They have their own beach in the summer! "

"Nothing says "Welcome" like dead plants, peeling faux leather, and wall wraps falling off a filthy elevator. Toilet seat falling off must have been missed by the cleaning staff. No charging ports for smart devices, and beds hard as a rock, and well worn on one side! Other than that, will find somewhere else next visit, perhaps a 2 or 3 star hotel."
