The rooms were not ready with toiletries when we got to the rooms. We had to ask for toilet paper and have the rooms dusted. Positive note: the pool was very good and clean and the dining area was clean.

We went on a family beach trip. The picture is the room on the internet is not the same as the actual room. The room is clean , but it needs a lot of work, our room door has a hole with a masking tape on it. Toilet seat has no cover. No toilet paper in the bathroom. The wall paper in the bathroom is peeling off. Their TV only has a few local channels. No telephone in the room to call the receptionist. The only plus thing is they gave us our extra pillows and towels and the staff are courteous.

They made us stay at the 3rd floor, (3 senior citizens) but the room was dirty especially the toilet, the roof was falling out and was so dirty
