Do yourself a favor pick somewhere else. We can look back and laugh but we were not laughing sitting there in that depressing dump. No roaches is the only positive.

I just don't understand why you need to deposit 3,000php in cash when you already paid the whole stay via credit card.
I was ecstatic to stay here until I opened the door to the apartment provided. It was infested with roaches. It was on the floor, on the bed on the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I attempted claim a refund but obviously we know how the world works.. although expedia, as a company you have the power to remove a property from your sites. At this point if i cant get my money back at least save someone else from this hell hole
The room is nice and comfortable, but tax and service charge is so expensive, the mandatort fee is expensive with service fee tho they didnt give you any service at all,stayed tgere for 3 days no bottled water, they wont give you any toiletries or clean towel on next day or so.
The place is disgusting and very dirty . You cannot even wanted to seat in the couch. The lobby is terrible and smell pee. I won’t recommend this place to anyone . This shouldn’t be in the selection to advertise . This will ruin your reputation .
Place is at the heart of BGC,so it was near restaurants,malls, etc..
Alyssa was very accommodating to our requests and very helpful.

Absolute disaster! No one knew where the hotel was including taxi drivers, locals and police officers. Google maps and Waze could not locate the property. Phone numbers for the property did work. Eventually when we arrived there was no name on the building and the name of the property was incorrect.
No reception by staff, no one seemed to care.
Staff struggled to open the combination door lock...
Once in the room, agent points to cooking area .... however no cooker, coffee available but no water kettle....
Reserved (and confirmed) a single room with queen bed.... but room had 3 bedrooms with single beds so my partner and I had to sleep in separate rooms....
Was told they were fully booked but when I tried to rebook online (just to check) same room was still available...
Asked to speak with Operations Manager ...I am still waiting for her to call me back!!!
Absolutely pitiful !!! Horrendous (and obviously non-existent) customer service from management / executive level.
I have worked in upscale hotels all over the world as an executive manager for over 33 years and this is by FAR the worst experience I have had... really it is!
Never again ....

Not for me.
No towels, no iron, so small there were no bedside tables. Manager is not resident so have to know your checking in. Paid parking (overnight not cheap)
