"the hotel had no hot water for showers and they knew there was a problem and still charged like they were fully in service. Also my telephone in my room was broken and would not hang up so it kept making the noise like it was left off the hook I had to unplug it and all these things were brought to their attention and nothing was done. I t was the conversation at breakfast with my fellow guest."

"They were very polite. The environment is safe and comfortable for the price they charge. The floor needs to be cleaned better, as my socks turned black from the dirt. Otherwise, it's fine. My 10/10 goes to all the staff there regarding customer service—they were very kind. For the price it’s ok Tv doesn’t connect right. And need be flexible to watch in the sofa because it’s other way."

"The location of the property was great. Although the hotel looks newer, there were many areas that needed repairs and kept up . The hallways, doors, and the elevators could use some touch ups. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked very well and the staff was courteous. I didn't go to the breakfast. I didn't like the location where it was being served"

"Of course the pool was closed the entire stay! Rooms extremely outdated (ex: rusty lamps). Breakfast terrible (stale bread, questionable eggs & watered down coffee. On the bright side… No bedbugs, no mildew, no junkies in vicinity, and an overall peaceful atmosphere to lay your head."

"Unfortunately, the hot tub was being renovated and/or repaired… the layout is beautiful and the apartment I stayed in looked like it was from Arch digest. I really enjoyed it with my fur baby; the Mixer is a great spot and I highly recommend it but I was disappointed that it said room service and they said the building does not allow that including food deliveries…When I checked out Monday morning, there was nowhere nearby to get coffee! It was a nice staycation, and I would recommend it as a Pet friendly option!!"
