Utenti presenti in struttura maleducati musica israeliana messa a alto volume a qualsiasi ora in piscina senza che nessun addetto si opponesse…. Colazione media… ma la cosa più deprimente è il personale. A parte la signora presente al ricevimento che pur non molto loquace non ci ha infastiditi in realtà…. Ma il resto del personale triste, sempre...

"The property in the newer part of the hotel was nice but the old part it looked very tired and is in need of an update. I was also surprised to find that if you want to make tea or coffee in your room you would be charged extra, even though this is normally standard in the majority of hotels. This also applied to the use of a fridge."

"Awful. I would strongly warn people against staying here. I made the booking weeks in advance and upon arrival was told that I’d have to go elsewhere for the first night. I was told there was a problem with the rooms which was a lie. I found out that the hotel overbooked hence had to send numerous people elsewhere. "The room was very big and clean and nice decor. All extras needed. All the staff were very helpful and happy. Pools were excellent. There were no ramps for wheelchairs. People on half board had to walk up to some shops to get a sandwich. It would have been nice if some wrapped sandwiches were for sale in hotel. Enjoyable stay."
