Not worth the money

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. The grounds are lovely but both pools were shockingly bad. View from the restaurant was wonderful but cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff were lovely and helpful but pretty much every restaurant order was wrong. The wooden rooms need refurbishing. It looked as though the floor tiles in the bathroom had been ripped up and not replaced.

The picture shown as the front is misleading.Parking facilities are almost non existent.The driveway shown on the photo has probably been photo-shopped as it is steep and security advised us not to drive down. The lighting is dim and the toilets were blocked and when help was requested it was not forthcoming though promised that it would be fixed.

Dear Ma'am, Regret any inconvenience caused to you. Refer your review , please note the following - We have 2 car parking , due to Resort being fully booked , we could only accommodate your car in another parking further away from Resort. - The Resort does not allow any car to be parked on the driveway in front of Suites as it blocks the Essential services.That is the reason the guard politely refused your car to be taken inside the Resort. - The Lighting is based on concept of warmth as per the Resort theme. We hope you will give us a chance to host you again.Thanks

Very good

Very very good hotel, Nice and helpfull staff. The food is very good and the staff in the restaurant is kind and serviceminded. Also very good cleaning in the room. I want to go back :)
