From the proximity to the train station and airport, the friendliness of the staff, the well organised layout of the rooms, the availability of the bar and restaurant, the all round cleanliness, the provision of tea and coffee and the incredible showers. We would 100% stay her again when flying from Manchester airport and recommend it to anyone"

"Clean room and the staff were amazing. Easily accessible from the Piccadilly station like 3-5mins walk. Breakfast was bang on amazing."

"Room was stunning plenty of room to move about. Staff at reception came straight up with 2 more pillows. Ideal location & so quiet. Definitely stay again. Only negative i could say is could do with some chopped up fruit for yoghurt & some bacon"

"Lovely hotel, we have stayed before, really comfy beds however this time we ate in the bar, not very good, our food came and it was cold, we all sent it back and, within 3 mins it came back again, all we could think of is that it had been warmed up in a microwave, 2 of us had chicken tikka there was 4 small pieces of chicken in it the rest was just sauce and it was £19.50 would recommend eating there but rooms and staff really nice."

"This is an incredibly average hotel for the price point (£325 for one night). The room was up two flights of stairs from a lift - which was not advertised. The room itself was somewhat tired and basic, with poorly thought out design (e.g. the rainfall shower head was not high enough for someone standing at 5 foot 8 to use, the bedside locker placement meant you couldn't open the wardrobe). Whilst there are areas in the hotel that are nice, this definitely sits in the category of all style, no substance and, at the price point, we will not stay again given the much better options in Manchester."
