Quite a large place.. very clean, private & next to train station, bus stations into city..check in process was a bit complicated but eventually worked out.

Clean, nice amenities such as TV, microwave, oven, fridge, stove, cutleries, tea, sugar, milk, coffee etc. The only unpleasant thing is pub neighborhood which is too noisy in the night
