We appreciate the time you took to write your review and give the Manchester View the perfect score. Microwaves are available upon request; when you reserve again, please ask for one and we'll be happy to put one in the room or suite for you. As for breakfast, the breakfast room is not a restaurant per se, so we can't offer cooked items such as eggs and meats. Our complimentary breakfast does include quite a number of choices and is perfect for guests who want to eat on site (and you can't the price! LOL). Thank you for the 11 out of 10! We hope you visit again; every season is a great reason to stay at 'The View.'

Dear William and Debra,Although you're entitled to your opinion, we're very disappointed in your review. First of all, our rates are comparable to similar properties in Manchester. At the discounted hotels.com rate of 126, the Queen Standard room is hardly overpriced. Second of all, if you looked at the unenhanced photographs and honest room descriptions on our website, you wouldn't claim that they were any different than what you saw when you arrived. In addition, while at our property you didn't voice any negative comments or concerns, nor did you share your opinion with our front desk staff upon check-out. Lastly, the Manchester View has a large loyal repeat guest fan base (as other reviews can attest to); they see and appreciate all that the property and staff have to offer including competitive rate pricing, clean and cozy rooms and suites, complimentary Continental breakfast, free WiFi and parking, and amazing views.

Thanks for the 5 out of 5 rating. We wish you would have mentioned the beautiful view, the clean and cozy rooms, the perfect location, and the hospitality of our staff. Our complimentary breakfast includes 3 types of juice, 2 kinds of in-house baked muffins, yogurt, toasted bagels and English muffins, fresh fruit, cereal and hot beverages. We also give recommendations to breakfast eateries in town to guests who want to eat a larger hot breakfast including eggs.
