My experience was severely impacted by the receptionist, Vinicius. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive throughout our interaction. His communication skills were poor, and his attitude showed a complete lack of respect and basic customer service standards. Dealing with him was frustrating and unpleasant, and it significantly lowered the overall quality of my stay.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. The receptionist, Vinicius, was shockingly unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Despite being a hotel service, the food is not delivered to your room—you are expected to go to reception and collect it yourself, which defeats the purpose and was not clearly communicated. Hotel muito bom, cama super confortável. Café da manhã meio fraco, e alimentação em geral não é o forte do hotel, lanche e janta não agradou muito. Mas recomendo. Localização tranquila, só tivemos o azar de pegar uns barulhentos que batiam toda hora porta sei lá.

Mais um Ibis pra conta!

Mais um Ibis pra nossa conta e sem arrependimento, ao contrário, esse hotel é muito bom. Funcionários educados e atenciosos, quarto muito bom, banho bom, cama boa, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, café da manhã é servido no Novotel e é muito bom. Estacionamento amplo, sem manobrista, não é coberto. Voltaremos com certeza.

O quarto não tinha toalha de rosto. A única toalha estava extremamente velha e mal cheiro. Pelo preço, fica muito aquém do conforto. A TV so tinha canal aberto. Muito fraco!!!

Cara vez pior.

Primeira noite falta energia e o quarto fica do lado do gerador. Não teve shampoo desde o primeiro dia, mesmo eu colocando o recipiente vazio em cima da pia. Apenas foi retirado o recipiente. Solicitei um hambúrguer e uns 50 minutos depois tive que ir lá cobrar na recepção pois não atenderam o telefone. Quando chegou, chegou sem as batatas. Descarga do banheiro péssima.

O atendimento do Ibis distrito em Manaus é excelente,o café da manhã é realizado no Novotel, que por sinal é ótimo , os funcionários são solícitos e também pode utilizar a piscina do Novotel. Recomendo.

A estadia no geral foi razoável. A luz faltou várias vezes durante o dia o que causou desconforto e a inutilização dos elevadores. Detalhes internos no quarto precisão de reparos. Alguns destes foram realizados durante a estadia, por exemplo, a troca da tampa da privada.
